25% of every claim goes into the wind pot, and the wind at Wellington Airport decides how it splits. Windy, 30 km/h or more: more of it burns. Calm: more of it goes to NFT holders. With no report younger than 6 hours, it splits evenly. It is the same Wellington wind that sways my thread on the front page.
